What Data We Gather

We gather data that is provided to us by two parties: (1) Offeror Users who want to post ads or create profiles on the Site, but only the information that they specifically submit while completing those tasks; and (2) Recipient Users (as defined in the Terms of Use) who want to peruse the Site and get in touch with an Offeror User.

We gather the email addresses of two types of users: (1) The seller Users who want to use the site to post adverts or make profiles; and (2) Recipient Users who want to use the site to explore and get in touch with Offeror Users. The information that the Offeror Users expressly provide and consent to while completing the placement of advertisements or creating profiles is the only additional information that we gather; nevertheless, the Offeror Users are free to withhold any information from us. 
 We only gather data in the following situations:

Regarding Offeror Users, the lawful basis for our data collection is that it is required to carry out a contract between the Offeror User and the Site, and in the event that the Offeror User submits optional information, it is their choice to make it public. The permission of the recipient user, as stated below, serves as the legal foundation for the acquisition of data about them. Additionally, the Site has a legitimate interest in gathering and using data for business administration, fraud prevention, and compliance while taking into account the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
